To Place an order
1.All orders are binding upon the factory only after acceptance by Custom Poker Kings. We always attempt to return-notify regarding the receipt of a purchase order ,however please contact our service department within 24 hours to confirm receipt if there is any question.
2. Fax orders are acceptable. Verbal orders are not acceptable and any changes made to a purchase order after receipt to our factory must be in writing.
3. Purchase order information must be complete.
4.The production time on most items is 7-10 business days. Production time begins the day after 1. Appropriate payment or deposit have been recivied 2. All proofs have been approved in writing. 3. P.O is complete and correct.
5.Purchase order information must be complete before production will be scheduled. Item, item color & description, imprint color(s), quantity, ad copy, inhands date, ship to address and shipping method are all necessary for a purchase order to be considered complete.
6.Custom Poker Kings is not responsible for errors resulting from hand written purchase orders or ad copy.
7.Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
8. Initial digital proofs are provided at no cost. If a modification is made to the provided artwork after the proof has been provided a $20(g) charge will be incurred for each occurance.
9. Due to the high volume output and speed of our machines under/overrun(s) of 2%-5%may occur. Custom Poker Kings makes every attempt to reach the exact order quantity on every order however if a difference occurs the appropriate amount will be billed.
10. Random Sample chips are available free of charge. Sample sets are available for minimal costs. Please see the sub-heading for each item’s sample cost. We will gladly ship samples via UPS or Fed Ex, using Distributer’s shipper number.
11. Returns must have prior factory approval and have return number, or shipment will be refused. Custom imprinted merchandise can not be returned unless shown to be defective or a factory error. Custom Poker Kings reserves the right to choose weather to remake the merchandise or refund the net price of the defective product.
12. Cancelations. We reserve the right to charge up to the incurred costs to Custom Poker Kings up to the day of cancellation. A written request from the customer is required to cancel any order after the time of receipt by Custom Poker Kings which must also be accompanied by acceptance from an authorized person of Custom Poker Kings.
Imprinting Information
13. Exact reorders: Exact reorders are given a reduced setup charge if reorder is placed within 2 years of the previous one. This charge usually just covers the cost of a new printing plate.
14. Approximate PMS color match is available. Color match is to the best ability of Custom Poker Kings. Exact color match is not available.
15. Set up charges are per color per logo.
Production & Shipping
18. Production is estimated at 7-10 business days for most orders with standard column quantities. Longer production time may be necessary for larger orders.
19. International facilitated orders generally require 6-8 weeks from proof acceptance and approval. Please contact your rep for these case by case orders. Uncontrollable factors can effect the timing on these order ie. adverse weather, customs, political environments. Orders with drop deadlines should be carefully considered based on this information. Custom Poker Kings can not be held responsible for the exact timing of order availability.
20. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or LTL Freight whichever is the lowest cost. Special requests for carriers or account numbers must be made at the time of purchase order receipt. Freight orders will incur a $10(f) charge per pallet. Shipping carriers often add charges for address corrections, and surcharges for fuel and home delivery after the order has been shipped from Custom Poker Kings. Such charges are the responsibility of the Distibuter and will be invoiced accordingly.
21. Split Shipment: $5(e) per address.
22.Held Orders: Orders will ship at the time of order completion. Custom Poker Kings will hold a factory order for up to one week at the request of a customer at no additional charge. This information must be clearly stated on the Purchase Order if a request is made. Whole or partially held orders will incur additional charges to cover any liabilities incurred on the part Custom Poker Kings.
23. Stated product weight and dimensions are estimates and may vary
24. Custom Poker Kings can not be held responsible for delays on the part of the shipping carrier.
25. Shipping is FOB San Diego. For International orders FOB port of entry.
Artwork Guidelines
26. Vector artwork is required. Acceptable formats include Adobe Illustrator 5-CS2 and Corel Draw (ai,eps,cdr) files. Jpg, tiff, btmp created files are usually not useable for printing purposes. Please include all required fonts. Multi-color art must be color separated. Even if artwork is provided in the appropriate file format it may have been originally created in an useable format or may not be color separated.
27. Sending Artwork: Custom Poker Kings does have a separate e-mail address for Artwork. E-mail subject line should contain purchase order number and Distributer name. Please ask your customer service rep for this e-mail address.
28. If fully prepared artwork is not available Custom Poker Kings can re-work artwork at $70(g) per hour.
29. Straight Line Text up to five lines will be typeset for no additional charge.
30.Imprints will be sized to proportionatly fit the image area to maximum printable size unless otherwise instructed.
31. Fine lines or lines that are too close together will often not print as they are supposed to. We reserve the right to change the thickness of any line stroke to enable Custom Poker Kings to imprint the product with the highest clarity possible.
32. Artwork is kept on file for 24 monthes and Camera ready artwork and files will only be returned upon request.
33. Prices are always subject to change
